Following a partnership between the Kaduna Sate Government and Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) through its Emergency Management Agency (SEMA) have made available to the public an emergency helpline for rapid respone, that will operate all day and through out the whole night. Upon getting intelligence about any emergency they will respond swifly. The Helpline is (112).
